Elders

Bowl of Fruits

Sqwá First Nation has a vibrant Elders group that meets regularly to plan and fundraise for their annual attendance at the Elder’s Gathering. These Gatherings offer a valuable opportunity for Elders to exchange memories and knowledge, create new friendships, and gain insights into how other First Nations live.

In addition, the Elders group attends various other events, and enjoy an Elders lunch at Sqwá Community Centre biweekly.
