Government Renovation Funding

Sqwá First Nation occasionally has the opportunity to apply for funding to assist renters and homeowners with renovations.

 

Programs are generally funded and administered by Indigenous Services Canada, BC Housing, or Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.

 

These programs offer financial assistance for essential structural, electrical, plumbing, heating, safety, and energy efficiency improvements, with specific eligibility requirements to ensure homes are safe and habitable for years to come.
